| All rental customers must complete a
current credit application |
| All rental rates are F.O.B. LaPorte,
In. If the rig is to be shipped, shipping and handling fees must be paid
prior to shipping (Freight quote + 15% handling) |
| Taxes - The above rates do NOT
include sales tax. Sales tax will be added where applicable. |
| Insurance - Renter must provide proof
of liability and property damage insurance prior to picking up the rig. |
| Payment - The first month's rent plus
a damage deposit equal to one(1) month's rent is due in advance or at
time of pick-up. Subsequent monthly payments are due at the beginning of
each rental period. |
| Rental Period - A rental period is
one month. The beginning of the rental period is the date the rig is
picked up or shipped. |
| Term of Rental - Term of rental will
be determined in advance with a minimum of 15 days notice required to
shorten or extend the term. |
| Cleaning - All rigs are pressure
washed prior to each rental. Any rig not cleaned before it is returned
will be subject to a $350.00 cleaning charge |
