The Diedrich Drill sampler is manufactured in a 2", 2-1/2", or 3" diameter size, and is available with the standard fine thread(8 threads per inch) shoe or a quick thread(4 threads per inch) shoe. The stationary piston sampler creates a suction which aids in pulling the sampler in to the tube. The piston closes the tube entrance to help eliminate the chance for sampler contamination.
